Portal accounts
When portal account services are enabled, IIMBC stores your account email, name, password hash, approved portal memberships and the profile information you choose to save on its server. Partners and team members may also save marketing brand profiles, designs and uploaded logos or property images. These are stored with their account. Saved designs and their images can be deleted through the studio; contact IIMBC to remove a brand profile. Downloaded materials remain under the recipient’s control. Secure cookies maintain your session. Verification, invitation and password-reset emails support account access. Security records help protect accounts; they are retained for 180 days. Contact IIMBC about access, correction or deletion. Loan documents and investment account records are not collected by these profile screens.
Tools and browser storage
Your dashboard shortcuts are saved in this browser. The Loan Oracle keeps your current interview in memory. Choosing Save my progress stores your loan answers on this device for seven days; contact-form details are not included in that saved draft. Language changes inside the interview preserve your current answers. Saved Blueprints, comparison selections, preparation statuses, moving plans and personalized home documents stay in this browser until you remove them. The Moving Concierge and home document editors let you download, reopen or clear saved copies. The tools organize your planning choices; personal documents remain with you.
Contacting the team
The contact composer prepares an email locally. The Loan Oracle and introduction forms prepare a detailed request for IIMBC. When the same-origin delivery service is enabled, a submission can be accepted for email delivery; the confirmation identifies that result. Otherwise, you can review and send the prepared draft through your email provider. Contact preferences and permission accompany the request. For financial records, ask IIMBC to guide you to its document-sharing process.
Understanding site use
This site keeps simple interaction counts on your device, such as starting the Oracle or preparing an introduction. Those counts exclude names, contact details, answers and search text. Central collection is not enabled.
Hosting and external services
The hosting service may process technical request and access information to deliver and secure this website. External links, including the existing questionnaire, open services with their own privacy practices. No advertising trackers are included in this site’s code.
